Take These Broken Wings and Learn to Fly

Kenyan tech worker Gabriel Nderitu says he’s just about ready to fly a home built propeller plane he built himself over the past year. With no background in aviation, Nderitu learned everything about the make and model of his aircraft from the Internet.

With a Toyota engine, a wooden propeller and wings that can be removed for easy transport on the ground, Nderitu is confident his homebrew hulk will go the distance.
