Bicycles

Most people use electric bikes to help them on steep hills or to assist them on longer commutes. But now there’s a “beast” of a bike that can go up to 40 mph and has a range of about 75 miles.

Launched by e-Bicycle manufacturer M55 Bikes, the latest hybrid electric bicycle, appropriately dubbed The Beast, has a special “pedelec” system that allows users to pedal, while using the on board battery to power the bicycle.

The frame is made of CNC, titanium and carbon and the bike apparently uses the same technology that is found in Formula One cars. We’re not sure who they’re targeting with this bike given that it’s probably far too expensive for the average rider, but we’d sure like to take a spin on it.

If you are so inclined, however, you can place your order here.
